The Heart of Our Journey
Receiving a diagnosis of Stage 4 Kidney Failure/Disease in 2022 changed the rhythm of our family overnight. Since then, Mark has managed to remain stable and delay further regression with hard work, dedication, and lifestyle changes. However, in December of 2025, his function unfortunately declined, leading to the diagnosis of Stage 5 Kidney Disease.
Mark is a small business owner and a renowned audio engineer for 40 plus years. Most importantly, he is a loving father of 3. Hoping to see his children have children and grow up is his life's wish. Being blessed with working steady in his passion for many years, he hopes to continue for many more!
Currently the wait for a kidney donor is 5-7 years.
With the prognosis of oncoming dialysis and kidney failure, I'm hoping to find a kidney through a living donor to better ensure more time to be a blessing on this earth before I leave...
